KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Brandon Durham of Southern Nazarene (Okla.) has been selected as the NAIA Men's Basketball Division I Player of the Week for the week of Dec. 31, 2007-Jan. 6, 2008.

Durham, a 6-0 junior guard from Oklahoma City, Okla., averaged 23.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 4.5 steals in two road wins for the Crimson Storm. In the 95-53 rout of Mid-America Christian (Jan. 3), Durham poured in 24 points on 9-of-14 shooting. At No. 13 Oklahoma City University (Jan. 5), Durham put up 22 points and seven rebounds knocking down 2-of-4 from behind the arc. SNU came back from a halftime edge to upset OCU, 74-69.

Durham currently leads the country in steals per game with 3.3 per contest. He helped SNU jump up to No. 13 in the latest coaches' poll (Jan. 9).
