Michael Mosel was on born 03.08.1982 in Lich, Germany. He passed his A-Levels in 2001 and afterwards he entered a three-year apprenticeship as software developer. In 2004 he began studying media studies, computer science and psychology. After having worked for a couple of years as freelancing scripter, he joined academia and began studying computer games. He has published several papers about aesthetic strategies in computer games.
