Alan Forand

Alan Forand is the Lead Technologist and Systems Architect for EDS's Global Testing Organization. He has over 30 years of experience in hardware/software design, development and test consulting along with project management. His responsibilities include consulting with leadership on technical issues and activities; setting the technical direction of the corporation through his participation in corporate groups such as the Global Testing Forum, the ‘Global Lead Technologist Virtual Community' and the EDS ‘Community of Thought Leadership'. Alan is also a Test Consultant providing subject matter expertise to specific engagements over the past several years including testing methodologies, processes and testing tools. Alan has a background in the IT fields of manufacturing, automotive, banking, education and entertainment, US Government, Human Resource, Agility Alliances, Borland Tools, Mercury Interactive Tools and security.
