2002-2004: Oversaw the development and QA of 7 software titles. I Spy Fantasy, Clifford Phonics, Nickelodeon Toon Twister 3-D, Little Bill Thinks Big, Math Missions K-2 and 3-5, and Dragon Tales. Worked with 6 different external software development companies during this effort.
• Collaborated with internal producers to identify and document new product designs.
• Evaluated and selected appropriate external software development companies.
• Defined product technical specifications.
• Created schedules and milestone dates.
• Set up internal QA department, hiring/managing a staff of 10+ QA Leads and Testers.
• Managed internal and external functional & configuration testing of all products.
