Red Burns

Goldie "Red" Burns was the chair of the Interactive Telecommunications Program in the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University.

She was born as Goldie Gennis in 1925 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. First married to Alex Myers, and, after his death, to Lloyd Burns, she had three children including Catherine Lloyd Burns.

Burns passed away on August 23, 2013.
