Eli Noyes was an animator at Colossal Pictures. He has done work for MTV, Nickelodeon, Disney, Pixar, Sesame Street, and countless others. He has also done the video and cinematic work for most computer games during the 90s. In 1994, he created the story and animation for the Living Books title (Now Wanderful Inc.): Ruff's Bone.
