After working for various non-gaming related companies, Rossina Gil became involved in the gaming industry when she was a Localization Project Consultant for Disney Interactive from October 1995 until January 1998.
After her work with Disney, Rossina held the title of Interim Director of Latin America/Global Product Manager with Mattel Media for two years, ending in January 2000.
In July 1999, she founded Gil & Associates which she describes as a company which handles "corporate cross-cultural and organizational development."
