Makoto Uchida (内田 誠) is a game designer and producer who has been with SEGA since 1987. He was with the AM1 amusement division, later known as Wow Entertainment, until 2002 when he became the president and studio director of the newly-established SEGA Shanghai studio. As of 2023 he is still the head of SEGA Shanghai.
