Anett has been working in games localization since 2011. As a science fiction/fantasy aficionado she specializes in text-heavy, atmospheric titles, but she doesn't shy away from exploring new genres and markets. She has a background in journalism and narrative design, the latter primarily through being the lead writer for a long-running, complex live action role playing campaign (2004-2013) with several layers touching on subjects such as system theory, questioning the validity of the omnipresent fight "good vs. evil", and exploring the consequences of blindly following beliefs.
In localization she is mainly known for her work on Ubisoft titles (see credits), her lesser known work includes the translation of Wizards of the Coast's website content for Magic: The Gathering - primarily the short stories formerly known as Uncharted Realms from 2014-2017 (Khans of Tarkir through Hour of Devastation) - as well as weekly articles on DailyMtG.
As a translator she also specializes in marketing, music, art, travel and photography.
