Cathy started her career in the game industry in the late 90's working for Nintendo in Seattle. She worked in HR and technical recruiting supporting a number of Nintendo business units including NST , NTD and the corporate office. After a ten year break, she returned to the game industry working on location at Retro Studios in Austin and supporting Seattle based Nintendo locations including NST and NTD. After working on staffing and HR for Nintendo, Cathy joined CCP Games in Atlanta to assist in a world wide staffing increase in Shanghai, Iceland, Newcastle and Atlanta. Shortly after the release of Skyrim, she joined Bethesda Softworks supporting HR and Talent for The Elder Scrolls Online team. After successfully growing that business, she relocated to the corporate office of ZeniMax Media and Bethesda Softworks in Rockville MD to work as Director of Talent Acquisition.
