Garner started making games in 1995 and spent the bulk of his career at Red Storm Entertainment. He has worked on the Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon franchises as well as some lesser known titles. In late 2008 he signed onto Insomniac Games as a Tools and Tech Programmer to help them open up a brand new North Carolina studio.
