Timothy O'Keefe is an Audio Designer with over 10 years of professional experience creating audio content for video games, television, film, theatre, dance and the web. He has extensive experience with music production, live sound mixing, field recording, Foley art, scoring film/video, voice-over recording, audio/MIDI hardware/software, studio configuration and live performance.

In the past 12 years Tim has worked for a major record label, a game developer, a number of sound studios, and as a freelance audio designer. He also has a technical background having completed a number of CS courses at the university level. He has administrative experience having run his own audio design business and digital record label. This has helped him to develop my organizational skills, by simultaneously overseeing the coordination and execution of a number of projects. He has excellent written and communication skills including writing artist bios, press releases and website content for my digital record label, and maintaining communications with clients. In addition, Tim has a decade of hands on experience with audio hardware, software and the creation of audio content. As an audio designer, he has had extensive experience working with a variety of creative and technical teams.

While working at Harmonix, Tim would create, integrate, and test audio assets. He worked with the programming team to correct any bugs as the company developed their products. He participated in design meetings as a member of the audio team.

Tim grew up playing games on his Commodore 64 and Atari 2600, and has continued playing games on his PC and Playstation2.

In 2006, he currently runs his own freelance audio design business, and is seeking a full-time audio-related position with a game developer.
