Born and raised in New York City, Joseph Chasan's career in game development has spanned 13 years and over 30 titles. He started at Visual Concepts in 2002, as a tester on NFL 2K3. Over the next eight years, he contributed to the studio's '2K' lineup of sports games in various roles, first in QA, then in narrative design and finally production. In 2011, he transitioned to their sister studio, 2K Marin, as script supervisor on what would become The Bureau: XCOM Declassified. In 2012, he joined Ubisoft on the publishing side to help guide their titles through development, certification, and launch.
He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay area with his wife, daughter, and two lazy dogs (June 2015).
