Daniel started his career as a programmer in 2012 after winning Aardvark Swifts Search for as Star competition. His first role was at Evolution Studios where he worked on Driveclub, Driveclub VR and Driveclub: Bikes.
In 2016 SCE Worldwide Studios shut down the studio and Codemasters decided to employ all the affected staff to start a new studio, Codemasters EVO. At this new studio Daniel worked on Onrush which was created from the ground up using their new engine. Shortly after release in 2018 Daniel helped out on GRID before departing in 2018.
In 2018, Daniel moved to Firesprite in Liverpool where he worked as a Senior Programmer working on an unannounced game. He decided to leave Firesprite in 2020 where he then joined Avalanche Studios newest studio in the UK. As of 2021 he still works here working under the Expansive Worlds division.
