Added description to Bayonetta 2 · January 1, 2015

Bayonetta 2 is the sequel to Bayonetta. You play as Bayonetta, an Umbran Witch who is out to rescue her friend Jeanne from the depths of Inferno. The game is set a few months after the events of the first game. Along the way she has to battle a host of angels and demons who are out to stop her. This is a 3rd-person action game in the mold of Devil May Cry or God of War, fighting multiple enemies and combining different moves based on melee combat and gunplay. The game is all about pulling off fantastic combos with precise timing as you face a number of memorable battles in a variety of locations.

By dodging incoming attacks at the last second, Witch Time is activated, slowing down time with an opportunity to retaliate. This technique is also used to solve environmental puzzles. Once again additional points are earned through torture attacks where enemies can be trapped in infernal devices. As in the previous game there is a large amount of customization for the weapons Bayonetta can use with both hand and feet. Umbran Climax is a new gameplay element. It is activated with a full magic gauge, providing health and enhancing damage and radius.

Added description to Rayman Fiesta Run · January 1, 2015

Rayman Fiesta Run is the follow-up to Rayman Jungle Run and just like the previous game it is an auto-runner platform game in an all new Fiesta world. There is more variety in levels compared to the jungle theme of the previous game, with the frozen seas of Gourmand Land and fiery environments as well.

Players need to make Rayman jump, fly, slide, dive, shrink, swim and punch with the right timing to collect all the Lums and the three coins in each level. New elements are boss battles and the ability to bounce between the foreground and the background. Levels no longer require a strict progression, but are laid out on a world map and every rescued Teensie opens up a few spaces, offering multiple options when stuck. When the regular 72 levels are completed perfectly, four bonus Land of the Livid Dead levels are unlocked. Also new is the Invaded level system from Rayman Legends. To complete a level four Teensies need to be freed by collecting Lums. There are 100 Lums per level, but only 81 need to be collected to free all Teensies. The Invaded levels are unlocked when all Lums are collected. They contain more enemies and are overall more difficult, but the main objective stays the same.

Along with new levels, progress is rewarded with Lums, additional playable characters and wallpapers. The option to buy additional items to use during levels is new. Rayman can now use HP hearts and Gold Fists. When a copy of Rayman Jungle Run is detected on iCloud for the iOS version, the game matches the number of Lums collected in that game and allows the player to spend them in Fiesta Run.
