About Me:

Got into computers in school back in 1978. In 1980, I got my first computer, an Atari 800, which immediately singled me out for abuse by my Apple-wielding peers. A year later I dropped out of school and learned 6502 assembly language. Spent a year writing what eventually became Envision, my first published program (very exciting). Eventually picked up an Atari ST and spent a year or so on that computer before moving over to the Amiga. Wrote a demo called DScroll, followed by a tracker library (DES-Tracker). Then I got an actual job. At Distinctive Software (later EA Canada) I wrote a music driver for the Atari ST version Hardball! Also wrote Road Raider for the C64. At Mindspan Technologies I wrote Mondu's Fight Palace for the C64 (called Tongue of the Fatman on the PC). At Radical Entertainment I wrote the front end for Pele II for the Genesis. I also wrote the front end for Eurit on the SNES, a game which was never released. Also rewrote the rink-rendering code for Powerplay '98 using dynamic level-of detail, creating geometry on the fly. Aside from a stint at Mad Genius Software helping to complete Gunmetal for the PC, that's really about it for my games career so far. I love games, though. I have everything: PC, Dreamcast, Saturn, Genesis, SNES, Gameboy, Playstation 2, N64. Sometimes, I even sleep. :)
