Sega Entertainment Inc. was a short-lived joint-venture company of Sega of America and SOFTBANK Holdings Inc.

Founded in April, 1996, the company adapted and published Sega's console and arcade titles for the PC. In 1998, Sega's PC business was re-integrated into Sega of America and Sega Entertainment Inc. ceased to exist.
