Overview edit · view history

Sirtech Canada was founded in April 1994 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It was formed from staff of Madlab Software during the development of the original Jagged Alliance.

After its original publisher, Sir-tech Software, Inc., closed in September 1998, Sirtech Canada remained in business and took over the former's intellectual properties and website domain. From this point, Sirtech Canada's games were published by a variety of different companies. In December 2002, the company's developers would publicly announce to be available for new projects, as the company itself was closed around that time by Strategy First.
