Vince Zampella is the studio lead of Respawn Entertainment since he co-founded it on 12 April 2010, and Ripple Effect Studios since 3 January 2020.

He previously, he worked at Gametek, Atari Corporation, SegaSoft, Trainwreck Studios, and 2015, Inc.. He was the Chief Creative Officer at Infinity Ward from early 2002 to early 2010.

He was a producer on such titles as Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, 10six Online, Vigilance, Baldies, and NBA Jam Tournament Edition.
