Furry Fighting alternative to the other fighting games.

The Good
The opening animated FMV and cut scenes are excellent. The storyline makes an interesting single person game. Many options for head to head games. The comic aspect makes it more suitable for younger players if you are concerned about the typical violence in games of this type.

The Bad
Poor move execution with limited move choices. It is too easy to repeat the same moves over and over again. The fighting engine is poor.

The Bottom Line
This is a basic 2D street fighter clone with hand drawn animated characters in a comic violence style. There is a story mode where you follow the path to harder and harder challenges. Other than the cute factor this is just another average fighting game.

Good Game, overall

The Good
Okay, so it is a little outdated, who cares? Brutal combines fast paced animnated graphics with forever loving gameplay. Characters are unique from each other, with their goods and bads. Stages are greatly created , as each one adds new colour and distinctivity.

The Bad
There is almost nothing bad about this game except for the fact that Kendo Coyote can just cannonball over and over again through the entire game.

The Bottom Line
Overall, it is a prize to get your hands on. My rating 4.5./5
