The Great Pharaoh

Legends say that within the abandoned temples of the City of the Dead, the treasures of Egypt's ancient rulers are kept. Priests placed gold into magical blocks, guarded by those who have passed into the land of the dead. Only the Great Pharaoh can unlock this gold. You, oh Great Pharaoh, must gather gold to restore the temples of the City of the Dead.

The Great Pharaoh is a match-three game. Using your mouse, swap two items to create a straight line of three or more of the same. In Quest mode, to clear a level, you must collect the required amount of gold so as to continue construction of the City of the Dead. The tiles also have symbols on them and certain symbols pay better than others. Also, there are mummies guarding the temples. If three of the same kind of tile get beside a mummy, the mummy will create a curse and steal some gold. These curses will remove the color from some tiles, making them harder to identify, or freeze some tiles, making them unmovable but still able to be matched. If you can get three or more mummies in a straight line, they will clear from the board and you will steal their gold.

Watch your time as it is limited. Score mode is unlocked when you complete Quest mode. In Score mode, you have six minutes to collect as much gold as possible.
