It is 1588 A.D., but not quite the way it's been written in the history books. In this alternate history, during the Third Crusade, a seal was broken and a hole was opened into other worlds. In that one event, the Dysjunction, the world changed forever.

Lionheart is an RPG that uses the SPECIAL system that first made its appearance in Fallout. Its setting is very unique, taking place in an alternate history where magic is now available for those who are able to use it.

User Reviews

Lionheart almost hit the mark -- but ended up whacking a wandering pedestrian instead. kbmb (399) unrated
Nice magic system and backstory, but they botched the conversion to realtime and they botched game balance overall weregamer (157) 3.43 Stars3.43 Stars3.43 Stars3.43 Stars3.43 Stars
It is a great shame too see this potential crumble to dust... Zolansilverspear (527) 0 Stars0 Stars0 Stars0 Stars0 Stars

Black Isle Studios used to code-name its projects after U.S. presidents and vice-presidents, an idea by Josh Sawyer. Since Black Isle was not the main developer for this title, the code-name was Project Quincy, a name never held by a U.S. president.
