ngmoco, Inc. is an iPhone-focused mobile games publisher founded by Electronic Arts veteran Neil Young, Bob Stevenson, Alan Yu and Joe Keene. The establishment of the company was announced in June 2008.
ng: moco is short for "Next-Gen Mobile Company".
In October 2010, ngmoco was acquired by DeNA, a Japanese mobile portal and e-commerce website that also owns Mobage, a gaming portal and mobile game developer.
In September 2011 the company announced it had acquired Lionside, the San Fransisco-based maker of social networking sports games on Facebook.
