Overview edit · view history

Frozen Codebase was a game development studio established in June 2006. Initially started in a garage with six people, it later moved to an office in Green Bay, Wisconsin (USA) in 2009. One of the confirmed founders was Ben Geisler. Other key people included Andrew Gilmour and Jay Balakrishnan.

Metalocalypse: Dethgame was a cancelled title by the studio based on the animated series Metalocalypse. First announced in July 2009, it was cancelled one year later in July 2010 by publisher Konami Digital Entertainment.

Around February 2012, the studio was merged into ZyQuest, a company in the same area, without a public statement. Frozen Codebase's last title was Scarygirl (January 2012). That game's credits list the developer as TikGames, but the development team consists entirely of the Frozen Codebase developers.
