Toadman Interactive is a game development company based in Stockholm, Sweden, founded in 2013 by Robin Flodin and Rasmus Davidsson. Initially, the company operated as a work-for-hire consultancy studio, contributing to various gaming titles such as Killing Floor Calamity, Escape from Dead Island, Dead Island 2, Bloodsports TV, Stylista and Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide.

In 2017, Toadman Interactive expanded its horizons by venturing into developing its own games. The debut title under their independent development was Immortal: Unchained. Concurrently, the company went public and established a new office in Berlin.

The year 2018 brought about strategic acquisitions. They acquired Artplant, which included offices in Oslo and Tver. Toadman continued its expansion in 2019 with the acquisition of Antimatter Games. Additionally, they acquired Sold Out and purchased the marketing agency Petrol Advertising.

In 2020, Toadman Interactive underwent organizational restructuring with the announcement of the formation of Enad Global 7 as its parent company. While Artplant and Antimatter Games remained part of Toadman, Sold Out and Petrol became integral parts of EG7. Ola Nilsson assumed the role of CEO for Toadman Interactive, succeeding Robin Flodin. This period also marked the publication of Westmark Manor on platforms like Steam and GOG, developed by Nodbrim Interactive.

In 2021 the leadership team expanded to include individuals such as Rasmus Davidsson, Annika Fogelgren, Andreas Jonsson, Daniel Mesonero, and Daniel Stakhovskiy. Collaboration with Fatshark resulted in the release of Warhammer: Vermintide II - Chaos Wastes.

The year 2022 presented challenges globally, prompting Toadman Interactive to relocate its Tver Studio out of Russia.

In response to the conflict in Novi Sad, Serbia, Toadman Interactive opened a new studio in 2023, providing refuge and employment opportunities for individuals affected by the crisis.
