A brief history of Pathe:
Since its creation in 1986, PATHE has been a pioneer in the audiovisual industry. It was therefore only natural that PATHE should join together with PHILIPS INTERACTIVE MEDIA in January 1993 to create a multimedia publishing company called PATHE INTERACTIVE.
PATHE INTERACTIVE has since established itself as one of Europe's leading publishers of quality multimedia programs.
The company is able to draw upon the extensive resources of PATHE TELEVISION's catalogues (feature-length films, television and archives), and the experience and "know-how" of the CHARGEURS group.
PATHE INTERACTIVE continues to seek out coproduction of CD-ROM and CD-i programs with innovative and independent production companies.
