4X Studio was a French development studio established in September 2002 established as a game development division of 4X Technologies. It was created by the company's president Emmanuel Forsans and it was based in Paris, France.
The studio's first and only game, Iron Storm, was released in the fall of 2002. Other games in development that year were Stalingrad (PC, Xbox) and Times of Trouble (PS2, Xbox, Gamecube), both of which were cancelled. 4X Studio closed its doors in late 2002. The core team moved on to Kylotonn Entertainment, established by Roman Vincent.
