Black Element Software is acquired by Bohemia Interactive Studio.

The company announces the creation of the Independent DEvelopers Association (IDEA), together with ALTAR interactive and Bohemia Interactive Studio. The aim is to give indie developers a better change to compete with big publishers by combining resources.
