Overview edit · view history
Map Japan was established in 1995 by Satoru Hagiwara, who had previously run the infamous Hacker International. The company produced several PlayStation games during its lifetime, as well as adult games for the PC market under the Air Plants brand. However, the company all but ceased operation by 2000 due to changing market conditions and Hagiwara's own waning interest in games, and Map Japan released its last titles in January 2001.
