The company acquires 75% of Funatics Development GmbH.

July 1, 2004

Company founded after the bankrupt of the former Phenomedia AG company by an international investor group, one of these is Phenomedia's long-time distributer ak tronic. The complete development team and Phenomedia's two main franchises, Moorhuhn and Sven, are now with this new founded company.

October 2002

While still being in the insolvency process, the creditor's committee decides to let Phenomedia continue working. This allows the team to complete their current project, the development of the game Moorhuhn Kart, which is scheduled for November 2002.

May 14, 2002

The district court of Bochum (Germany) opens an insolvency procedure for the Phenomedia AG.

Was Germany's first entertainment software company to go public in November 1999.

Simultaneously established Germany's first casual game hype by coincidence, when its "Original Moorhuhnjagd" freeware game snowballed all over the German speaking market. More than 18 Million downloads, overwhelming media coverage and a brand awareness of > 75% resulted in highly profitable merchandising deals and boosted the share value to amazing heights.
