Steven attended CalArts in 1996 and received his BFA in Character Animation in 1999. His first professional animation job was with Sony Pictures, working on the second season of The Dilbert Show as a Character Layout Artist. After a brief stint in television animation, Steven learned 3D animation using 3DS Max. After working 2 years for WayForward Technologies, assisting in the development of an online, interactive 3D animated show, "Cassiopeia", he went on to work for The Collective Studios in the Summer of 2002 where he spent nearly 5 years animating on several projects. In late Spring of 2007, Steven joined Savage Entertainment. He currently works using Maya 6.5, 8.0 and 3DS Max 8.5.
