I noticed that the Media Types listed for the SEGA Pico are 3.5" Floppy Disk and CD-ROM. The Pico has neither of these, and it uses cartridges. Can this be fixed?

Another thing. I noticed the inputs are "controller" and "keyboard." Almost all games are controlled via the built-in pen, button, directional keys and drawing pad. However, that are also gamepad controllers. I think there should be a distinction between the built-in controls and gamepad. Sega Retro has a list of other accessories, but I don't know how reliable it is.
