i played it on my pc, maybe ten years ago, so i would say it was between 2000 and 2005. it is birds eye strategy game. i think it has 3 campings for germans russians and allies. what i can remeber is that it has like basic worker solders who can build buildings. i thinig as far as resources go, u can build oil extracting platforms maybe something more. U can build a lot of buildings, generaly that are for production of military. u can also build ur airfields and sent aircraft by yourself. maybe even V2 rocket,( im not sure). it has option to play schirmishes with 8 bots.population is i would say about 200 units. i remeber there is also a mission named like desert fox or something like that with germans,u need to save romel, which is like a special tank
