I played it in approximately 2008-2010, I was 9-10 years old. I played the game on a pentium 3 or 4 computer, which was quite oldschool even at that time. It was an RTS I believe. Birds eye view I don't know too much about the setting, except it's from the future featuring minigun mechs and plasma mechs Graphics was quite good for my 9 year old eyes. Up to the standards of early 2000s rts games. Specific info I remember: it had a campaign or level called Sudan and you had the plasma mechs there. Plasma mechs were blue and had an aerodynamic shape.
