It seems to be an included game for the PS4 - not a separate item.

Yes, I renamed "The Playroom" game title to (included game) after I bought PS4 camera and played it. I had that game on my PS4 the moment I bought my console back in march 2014, and it had the game installed even though I couldn't play it since I didn't have the camera until years later.

Same with Forza 7 - we have the VIP DLC pack but no base game.
