I'm just wondering about this while i was submitting some game relations for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and i am just wondering whether its season pass would count as an add-on or not?

Yes well, I think it does if it contains something new compared to the original release.
This one is only listed as a compilation:

It still is listed as an add-on in the relation to the base game.
