Take a look at This Review on RPGFan. They say the title is:
Marl Oukoku no Ningyouhime (The Puppet Princess of Marl Kingdom)
I'm questionning the aka on file: "The Adventure of Puppet Princess" -- Japanese title
Can anyone translate for me?

Judging from other sources, it seems that Māru Ōkoku no Ningyō Hime is the Japanese title, while the one we have on file (The Adventure of Puppet Princess) is the English translation of the Japanese title, not the Japanese title.
Heh. The hero's name is Cornet. That's corned beef, where I come from. :p

Māru Ōkoku no Ningyō Hime is the Japanese title, which translates as "The Puppet Princess of Marl Kingdom". "The Adventure of Puppet Princess" is the English subtitle on the Japanese cover. It isn't the actual title, though.

It should be arranged this way:
Marl Ōkoku no Ningyō Hime = Japanese title
マール王国の人形姫 = Japanese spelling
The Adventure of Puppet Princess - Japanese version sub-title

Sounds like:
Marl Ōkoku no Ningyō Hime: The Adventure of Puppet Princess - Japanese tag-lined title

Maybe just "The Adventure of Puppet Princess" - Japanese tag-lined title. Sounds pretty clear.

"Tag-lined title" implies it's the full title, including the tag-line. Just the tag-line would be "title tag-line". Details!
