any evidence of the existence of DOS version? there are homonyms, but I can't find an Epyx game. There are IBM PC loading instructions in the American manual, but that's not a proof that it was eventually released. It was common to print manuals in advance with all 'possible' versions.

The proof provided was: "I have a scan of the games manual. On it it states: For Atari ST, Commodore 64/128, Commodore Amiga, and IBM PC & Compatibles."

Any source for that release month of June? I see these all the time on old 80s and 90s games and wonder where they come from.

A correction:

"DOS released June 1989

Looks like no double-checking was done. In the May and June issues, the game is listed under "Second Quarter", i.e. without a specific scheduled release month. It then disappears in the July issue. Deriving from that it was released in June is quite a stretch since the issues also list the previous month, and it doesn't appear there. It looks to me like it was scheduled to be released at some point, but was then quietly cancelled.

There are some non-kosher sites that allegedly have the DOS game for download, but I have not checked if it's a genuine version or something leaked after the company folded.

Epyx itself closed in november of that same year, I understand.

I looked for the DOS version again, but it seems it was a misidentification, so it's still not found.
