Uh. Not wanting to nitpick, but are you sure that ONLY the manual of the Master System has several nude enemies? As you can see here the MSX2 version has them as well;

So, I suggest you submit an edit for the trivia section where it is mentioned; just add the MSX2 version to the existing text? I assume some manuals did not have these images, or the trivia would be irrelevant.
