PEGI Rating Discrepancy (Trauma Center: Under the Knife)

While go through my boxed DS games I noticed that my copy of Trauma Center: Under The Knife features a 12+ PEGI rating while the covers here all feature 7+ ratings.

Most websites also list the rating as 7+, however Amazon UK, Nintendo UK, and PEGI themselves all list the rating as 12+.

Anyone have any info onto why this is? I can't find any information about this discrepancy so I'm not sure whether this is a error or whether the rating was changed shortly after the games release for some reason.

The US rating is Teen, so 12+ would be more in line with that.

If there is an official listing of the game at PEGI/Nintendo, maybe change the rating here and note the discrepancy as a misprint on the others?

And make an alternate cover set of your version too.

Online stores often have promotional art with provisional ratings. Real covers in print always have precedence. Don't trust the websites of online stores and the ratings sites themselves, they are also not accepted as valid sources.
