I don't know the game, but most likely it is an old 16-bit program that does not have support in the 64-bit environment of Windows 11.

Something else then...the German covers we have claim support from Win95 up to XP, and also DirectX7 which I added to the tech specs.
(The somewhat shady site where the OP may have also posted, has an earlier complaint about a DirectX error message.)
Sometimes I have seen issues with old installers, that when updated can install an old game that has no problems themselves. Either way, I don't have the game, nor Win11.
