As you can see here http://www.mobygames.com/game/zx-spectrum/unitrax/cover-art/gameCoverId,396157/ and https://www.ebay.at/itm/COMMODORE-C64-UNITRAX-domark-1987-rar-64-disk-game-in-box-Spiel/183078326424?hash=item2aa0519098:g:Dy0AAOSwLVZVhegu for some reason there are 12 instead of 13. Should this then be qualified something else other than EAN? If you know what I mean.

Maybe it's a UPC product code.

It's an EAN, it is missing the first digit (sometimes it happens, I don't know why). You can contribute it adding the missing digit (it's a 9).
