Are not these from a translation patch than from the original/official Super Famicom release?
I am pretty sure that this was not released in English for the US and European SNES. If you know what I mean.
The same thing is with Dragon Quest V;

What are the rules are regarding translation patches and official/original screenshots?

Unicorn Lynx was known to use translation patches in his screenshots, breaking a standard that perhaps was not spelled out when he was making them. These should be removed now.
