Many years ago I bought a Matrox video card for my PC and it came with a shoot-em up game. Does anyone know what it was called?

Could it be Incoming: The Final Conflict?
I know I got this game bundled with some video card, and I did have Matrox Millennium and Matrox M3D back in days, just not sure if I got it with one of those, or perhaps with ASUS Riva TNT.
