Am trying to add these. The wizard shows me that someone already submitted groups. Has this been abandoned since & can I go ahead? Or is it in the approval queue?

I think that a "currently submitted/being submitted by..." feature would be helpful, right?

Could be part of a "stub" system. Show me approved submissions only or give me the option to also see submissions in progress.
