Finding the first release date is a problem (because of all those re-re-releases, updates etc.), otherwise I'd already have them added:

3DO? FM Towns?

According to Raph Koster's Online World Timeline, the Mac client was released in February 1986, Amiga and ST later that year, PC another year later, all playable cross-platform on GEnie. Towns version apparently released in 1988.
Some of that may be a bit off, though: Computer Gaming World doesn't mention the PC version until its September 1989 issue, and I found this post on Usenet mentioning the new release of the Amiga client in 1987.
What exactly our game entry covers is another question, looks like it was originally written for the SVGA version, which might or might not be different enough from the original version to require unique entries for both.
And as for 3DO, I found mentions on some sites, but no concrete evidence it exists. It's not in Digital Press' guide.

It's hard to peg down this Kesmai stuff 100% but it's incredibly important to have it in here. Times like this I'd prefer a release date wasn't mandatory if we can't know for sure... until a package scan turns up and puts some questions to rest.

According to JP Wikipedia, the FM Towns version opened for testing in February 1992, and officially launched April 1, 1992. There was also later a PC98 version, though no release date is given. Service on all platforms for the Japanese version ended Sept. 30, 1998.
