Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection is a re-release of the 2013 title Zoo Tycoon. This re-release has had a lot of new content added and several gameplay features changed.
The Ultimate Animal Collection contains almost 200 animal species to adopt, while the original version contained around 110. These new creatures are mainly from South America and Australia, two continents not covered before. The game adds 10 new campaign levels and a new challenge zoo.
The main gameplay change is that the Zoo Limit from the original version has been removed. So players can build as much as the surface of the zoo provides. The game has been optimised for the Xbox One X, featuring 4K Ultra HD visuals and HDR support. Unlike the previous Xbox One game, this game can also be played on Windows 10.
