The main menu

The game can be played in full screen or windowed modes and there are many screen resolution options

There are three difficulty settings

The tutorial mission is to destroy an oil depot

This is the standard view. Our Firefly class tank is called 'Green Devil'

It's not part of the mission but I am levelling the remains of a farmhouse for target practice

The yellow dot shows where I am supposed to be going, unfortunately my mighty tank has a problem with hills so I have to follow the route shown in the mini map

YooHoo! I've come to destroy you!

Now I am in the compound blowing things up. The smoke was a surprise, it makes things hard to see

Ooops! It s possible to fail the tutorial

My mighty tank also has a problem with barbed wire fences

It is also possible to pass the tutorial

The tutorial leads into mission two and beyond

Mission two is to destroy a convoy as it arrives. The appearance of a clock shows it is a timed mission.

Mission two leads straight into mission three

Note that the mini map also serves as a radar, there are two enemy tanks there shown in red which is why I am sneaking round this low hill

After firing there is a lot of smoke which means the target will have moved considerably before I have reloaded

That's what the enemy tanks look like in the early missions, they are a light tank but they still take two hits to kill them

The game has an autosave which must save at t he start of each mission because I have not played mission four yet
