The game gives the player a little help before they start

The player can hire minions to help them

The first five rooms are set in The Asylum Ward. They are all the same, a monster appears, the player clicks a lot, the monster dies, another one appears etc. Eventually another room becomes available

As the game progresses the player appears to collect illnesses

There's an awfu lot of achievements to unlock!

Not sure what is going on here. It's some kind of dress up option within the game. I think the clothes have to be earned as an achievement or bought as an in-game purchase

The player has access to the behind-the-scenes guts of the game.

Rooms five to ten use a different background

One of the icons on the right of the screen gives the option of playing against the finest players in the world. This is the start of such a game

Playing a minigame, or possibly in PvP mode. Spots appear on the body in the centre of the screen. The player must click on them to score

The end of the mini game/PvP game

An icon on the right of the screen explains the numbering system, looks like they expect some very high scores. <br>Love the final entry

After defeating the boss in the tenths room the game returned to an earlier and activated idle mode. In this mode the game played itself, the score increased with no need to click

Players can chat while playing the game

Returning to the game the next day there was an unexpected bonus. My minions had been on a killing spree collecting teeth, unlocking achievements and recruiting others!

In the other left is a bag that shows the items earned/bought, on the right is another offer of an in-game purchase
