Miney Company: A Data Racket

Miney Company: A Data Racket is a virtual reality game about a fictitious data mining corporation named "Miney Company". The player's role is that of a new applicant, tasked with collecting data from around the world and into space. To collect data, the player must use their virtual reality-compatible motion controllers to act as virtual paddles to hit the Data Mining Ball into the Data Blocks.

The game is broken down into several areas, each with a unique setting. The player must visit each of these areas by spinning a giant wheel which will select the next destination. Each location is narrated by one of three narrators, named "Albert", "Benjamin", and "Cecil". These narrators are called "Location Coordinators", and seek to guide the player in their quest to collect all the data.

There are three distinct game modes for each location: "Collection", "Hunt", and "Protect". In "Collection" mode, the player has unlimited time to hit the Data Mining Ball into the Data Bricks, and the level is over once all Data Bricks are collected. In "Hunt" mode, a single moving Darting Data Structure is the target, which the player has to hit 3 times with the Data Mining Ball to break through the security layers. In "Protect" mode, the player must defend their Data Collection Node from rival data miners by deflecting their Data Mining Balls.

"The Boss" can be fought once the player has collected enough points to purchase the Boss Key. There, the player will fight with "The Boss" for control of Miney Company.
